Famous Hollywood actor, Burt Reynolds, faces foreclosure on two of his homes. In May it was reported he owed $1.2 million on his home in Little Rock and now he faces a foreclosure lawsuit for his property in Indian Hills, Florida, also for $1.2 million. Merrill Lynch Credit Corp. says that Reynolds has not made mortage payments for his 4-acre home in Florida since September 2010.
Merrill Lynch is urging the judge to order the home sold to pay back the costs; the home is valued at $2.4 million. In 2009, Reynolds put the house on the market for $8.9 million, but it failed to sell.
