Maryland foreclosures down in November

by Administrator 17. December 2010 07:26

According to the foreclosure tracking company, California-based RealtyTrac, foreclosures in Maryland were down last month.  In November, foreclosure filings in the state were below the national average of foreclosures.

Maryland foreclosure filings were down by more than 78 percent in November.  In addition, the total number of foreclosures filed nationwide was 14 percent lower in November 2010 than in November 2009.

RealtyTrac reported that the national drop in foreclosures in November 2010 was the biggest drop since they began publishing national foreclosure reports in January 2005.

If you are facing home foreclosure, contact the Maryland foreclosure defense lawyers of Chaifetz & Coyle, P.C. at 443-546-4608 to discuss your options.
